This new-construction building’s placement on the site integrated the structure within the canopy of several existing grand oak trees, while large windows and cantilevered exterior balconies and stairways were designed to grant occupants unique opportunities to interact with the building’s natural environment.

Novus designed the interior upfit of the second floor for their own office headquarters in this building following the project's completion. The resulting space was a light-filled, flexible, open office that promoted employee interaction and provided unique spaces for client meetings. The building was also designed to include a first floor ambulatory surgery center as well as a gastrointestinal suite, with flex space available on the third level.
