This project included both renovation and new addition components centered around expanding wellness services to local members of the YMCA. Renovations included programmatic modifications to the fitness studios and child care areas as well as modernizing public areas to reflect the YMCA brand.

Phasing played a critical role in this project as the YMCA was kept open and operational for members throughout construction. Since the building is a high-profile local hub for the community, good public relations was imperative in the planning process and throughout the project cycle.
