Granville Health Medical Office Building
For this project, Novus provided architectural, site, structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical design services for construction of the 2-story 20,000 SF medical office building with a finished first floor and unfinished "warm shell" second floor located on the campus of Granville Health System.
