A new local mixed-use hotspot where residential meets commercial

The Imperial Lofts Mixed-Use building is an ongoing project located in Belmont, NC. Belmont is an up-and-coming suburb of Charlotte with a growing influx of young professionals. The building is designed with modern industrial motifs complete with nine residential 2-story loft units above seven retail tenant spaces on the first floor.
