Located on James Island, SC, this project included the renovation of a 14,000 SF metal building that had once been home to a roller-skating rink. In it's place now stands an impressive and efficient industrial space. The interior is designed to accommodate all of the equipment and machinery of an auto repair and body shop, while also featuring plenty of open space for easy maneuverability. This allows both vehicles and employees to move freely. Also included in the interior is an automotive paint booth used for painting the bodies of cars and is complete with its own air circulation/connection to the HVAC system.
