The 2-story, 12,000 SF, new construction of the office and warehouse facility for NWR, Inc. was completed in 2019. NWR is a manufacturer of commercial refrigeration and low temperature freezers, so in addition to designing a working office space for executives, administration, and staff to perform their work, we were challenged with designing an in-house, functional warehouse for NWR’s manufactured goods.
